What is an ACH Unauthorized Return?

An unauthorized return is an ACH return generated with any of the below return codes:

• R05 Unauthorized Debit to Consumer Account Using Corporate SEC Code,

• R07 Revoked authorization

• R10 Originator not known and/or not authorized to debit receiver's account

• R11 Customer Advises Entry Not in Accordance with the Terms of the Authorization

• R29 Corporate Customer Advises Not Authorized
